Whether you are just a beginner, and want to learn the basics of the game, or an advanced player wishing to improve and refine your stroke play, then Paul can help.
Paul offers after school, group lessons for young players wishing to learn and improve their game. He also provides "squad training" which combines fitness, stroke technique, court coverage and match training into an intensive group environment. This helps prepare players to play the game, by exposing them to match-like conditions and simulations.
Cardio Tennis is a high energy tennis workout that will have you and your friends picking up a racquet and heading to your nearest tennis court.
